I am emailing you regarding two mail workmen who visited my property this morning to fix my patio door. What an excellent example of courteous, polite professional gentlemen. Please pass on my sincere thanks and I hope you give them both the praise they deserve.
Catherine would like to forward a compliment for a gentleman named Tod who visited her home to repair her window catches. She states that she can now use these to allow air to flow into the property and ventilate the rooms. Catherine mentioned that Tod’s attitude when on site was polite and professional. She says that he called her this morning prior to attending and the appointment was convenient.
For a number of years I had been considering the wasteful nature of replacing the whole window when only certain components were worn out. Mila Window and Door Maintenance offered a refurbishment service which addressed that issue.
Following the success of this project I am looking into the feasibility and savings possible if the model was expanded to low rise dwellings.
I just wanted to say from the start of the phone call from Mila Maintenance, advising me that the repair that would be carried out, then yesterday with the engineer arriving on time, smartly dressed, friendly and very helpful, even going the extra mile and helping to check that all the other windows in my flat were working etc. Sarah the office manager called and kept me informed via email and mobile it was a great service all round.
The engineer was very polite and was very careful when working in my rooms, please pass all this on to his manager.
Having spoken to a number of customers yesterday at Eglinton Tower residents meeting I would like you to pass on there thanks and appreciation to your team. The tenants are extremely happy with your staff and have stated that everyone is very friendly and accommodating. They are most pleased with the way the work is progressing and the workman being extremely tidy and respectful of their homes.
I received a call from the resident at 69 Macoma Road to say a Big Thank You to Mila Maintenance for sorting out the windows at the property. They have just completed the job and she said that the did a really good job and the windows look amazing!

I want to send a big compliment to the contractors who attended my scheme. They were so polite and professional and completed the job in hand with ease. The contractors also helped me with a different issue which has been on-going for one of my customers for quite a while but was never resolved; I think it was so kind of them to do this.
