Mila Maintenance & Installation is a specialist contractor and has been working in the Social Housing sector for over 30 years offering clients a wide range of cost effective, value for money repairs and maintenance solutions.
JULY - SEPTEMBER 2019
Each quarter Mila Maintenance and Installation will be promoting focused case studies, news stories, white papers and blogs about key subjects which affect the sector we work in.
In all cases we look at best practice when it comes to product selection, the delivery of our site services and the positive impact that good relationships with the clients in whose buildings we work can help to deliver.
This quarter our focus is on the range of market sectors we serve. Our business originated in the social housing sector, and that remains the biggest area we operate in today. But over the past years we have developed our skills and expertise to serve the commercial buildings, student accommodation and care home sectors as well, and have built a reputation in all for outstanding technical ability and great customer service.
We offer a range of value for money services as a specialist contractor to these sectors in a world which increasingly wants to use MSO’s to carry out essential maintenance. We know from our considerable experience that many jobs which require maintenance or repairs to windows and doors really do need the service of a specialist contractor – and this is especially the case in social housing when working in high rise living accommodation, where fire door installation is required, and where work is required on large scale commercial building installations. To date we have completed over 1.2 million repairs.
I hope you find the information below useful and informative, and please get in touch if we can help you in any way to meet the challenges you face.
Tristan Cooke, Managing Director
