Peter Vaughan Contract Manager

Peter joined the Mila Maintenance and Installation Team in 2018 after 10 years working as a Contract Manager for some of the major contracting companies in the South East involved in the social housing sector.

His role is to manage the site operations of the company throughout the South ensuring that agreed schedules are met, and that works are managed in line with client and resident expectations.

Peter is a carpenter by trade which helps to underpin his product and technical knowledge for the products Mila Maintenance and Installation specialise in.

“My career is really important to me, and I am driven to ensure that everything that needs to be done for our business to succeed is completed to agreed timescales and standards. I am also passionate about Health and Safety on site and in the work place generally – the importance of adherence to the guidelines in place should never be underestimated in my opinion”.

Away from work Peter has a passion for boxing, having fought for eight years earlier in his career, enjoys fishing and gardening when time permits, but his key focus away from work is his family.
