Tristan Cooke Managing Director

Having been with the business since 1997, Tristan became Managing Director of Mila Maintenance and Installation in September 2015.

Rick Awdas has worked at Mila Maintenance and Installation as Estimator & Bid Writer since 2016.

Nathaniel Parker has worked at Mila Maintenance and Installation since April 2017 as Billings and Collection Manager, keeping a keen eye on the company accounts to ensure that everything is running smoothly and working with the internal team to resolve any client queries in a timely and efficient manner.

Based in Barnsley he has over 25 years experience in the Fenestration Industry having started out as a fabricator of PVCu and Aluminium windows and doors, and has progressed through the industry to become a senior Contract Manager.

Kelly Cooper Office Administrator & PA to MD

As Office Administrator and PA to the MD I have a dual role, working on day to day tasks in relation to the operational side of the business, and then supporting the Managing director when required.
