30 years of Mila Maintenance and Installation

It’s 30 years since Mila Maintenance and Installation started trading. In that time we have completed over 1.2 million repairs and worked on over 300 different specifications.

It’s 30 years since Mila Maintenance and Installation started trading. In that time we have completed over 1.2 million repairs and worked on over 300 different specifications. We are in every sense a specialist contractor, working on windows and doors in the social housing and commercial sectors.

At our heart is a set of principles which sees us put residents first, and a culture which drives us to keep looking for ways of doing things ever more efficiently.

We didn’t want to let the anniversary of 30 years of continuous trading pass us by without asking some of those who have been with us since the outset about their journey, and some of those who have joined us more recently about what they have found and are looking to achieve in their career with us.
