Catherine would like to forward a compliment for a gentleman named Tod who visited her home to repair her window catches. She states that she can now use these to allow air to flow into the property and ventilate the rooms. Catherine mentioned that Tod's attitude when on site was polite and professional. She says that he called her this morning prior to attending and the appointment was convenient.

For a number of years I had been considering the wasteful nature of replacing the whole window when only certain components were worn out. Mila Window and Door Maintenance offered a refurbishment service which addressed that issue.

Following the success of this project I am looking into the feasibility and savings possible if the model was expanded to low rise dwellings.
