The aim of Mila Maintenance and Project Services is to help minimise the long term maintenance costs associated with the Housing stocks of Local Authorities and Housing Associations.

In reality the doors and windows using man-made materials cannot be totally maintenance free but should attract extremely low maintenance costs compared to alternative materials, providing the products are correctly designed, manufactured, installed and maintained.

Mila offer a more effective maintenance service to Local Authorities and Housing Associations and will also provide a mechanism whereby improvements can be brought about in the design and specification of doors and windows so as to obtain the lowest possible long term cost for any given application.
