Mila Maintenance has established a presence in the London Building Centre for the first time to help communicate the benefits of its window and door maintenance service to specifiers in the public sector.
On the ground floor of the Store Street building, the company is demonstrating how it can help social housing providers to meet the challenge of maintaining both the performance and safety of their windows and doors in the face of government spending cuts. .
With window and door replacement simply no longer an affordable option for many, Mila Maintenance can provide a repair and refurbishment service which is more cost effective and more environmentally friendly but which crucially does not compromise the outcome for tenants.
In the Building Centre, Mila Maintenance is showing case studies of how it has delivered large and small scale refurbishment projects for clients including Trafford Housing and Hanover Housing which have generated considerable savings over replacement.
Alongside this, it is also detailing its ongoing maintenance services for clients such as London & Quadrant HA which ensure that repairs are carried out promptly and efficiently, eliminating any risk to tenants from broken or faulty window or door fittings or hardware.
Dave Cooke, Projects Director at Mila Maintenance, said: “Our priority is on presenting a menu of simple solutions for specifiers which remove all the hassles normally associated with window and door safety, maintenance and repair.
“The Building Centre gives us the perfect vehicle to do that at a location which is convenient for so many of our existing and potential customers.”
